Hand-offs are for football, not divorce cases
My experience is similar to the other one star rating. I was blindsided with a protective order that was the opening salvo in a nasty divorce and contacted Mr. Pearlstein as a result of glowing testimonials. With the PO I needed immediate representation and, to be fair, he said he had schedule confli...

Brian Pearlstein Review
Felt he was a little distant in my case. Not fully engaged. I feel he encouraged me to settle when we should have proceeded.
I am always fully engaged and responsive to my clients. Additionally, I always try to provide clients with the best advice and most objective views on the issues at hand. The risks and increased cost of litigation must be weighed against the potential outcome by proceeding to trial. Ultimately, it is the client's decision whether to settle or proceed to trial.
