I was very pleased with the work done by this firm to prepare our Will's and Trust. They were very thorough and had a lot work with since my husband owns his own company. My emails were answered promptly. Very professional. My husband had issues getting a response back from his inquiry but eventually... all was taken care of. The ONLY item that irked me a little was on the last day meeting and signing our documents, Ms Simpson, admitted she forgot our names and asked for them. I sincerely understand she deals with many clients, but I was surprised she didn't look at her calendar after we rang the bell, before she opened the door to refresh her memory or even ask Addy who are we meeting with today? It was a bit off putting. Not very personable. But with the quality of their work I have no complaints.....well done!
