DJ 's Custody case

From my first meeting with Mr Beale , I found him to be very helpful and reassuring. He treated my case with sensitivity, dedication and professionalism and despite the many roadblocks he managed to get me the desired outcome. He kept me continuously up to date with issues surrounding my case and ...worked ,out of hours , including weekends to prepare for the hearing. He would always return my calls and was patient and understanding throughout . I strongly recommend him to anyone with a family/custody case.

Child custody/Divorce case

Since day one Mr. Beale has been very informative. He has maintained consistent communication with me throughout the court case. He definitely understand the clients rights and responsibilities. He determines your options and is very detailed when it comes to explaining solutions for your case. He un...derstands law and works within guidelines. This was my first time around going through anything like this and he gave me a sense of security that the end result would turn out fine. I can't thank him enough for helping me throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family in the future.

Outstanding lawyer and experience

Mr. Beale helped me with a challenging case in regards to a protective order. All throughout he was very professional, yet personable. He dealt with the opposing party directly and to the point. For the first court hearing he only had a couple hours preparation and still represented me in a well orga...nized fashion. Prior to the trial he spent hours with me going over the evidence, reviewing the important points and made me feel very comfortable in a professional manner. During the trial he presented the evidence perfectly and his clear questioning, supported with the evidence, lead to us winning the case - much to my relief. I highly, highly recommend him.

thorough and very kowledgeable about rules of procedure

joe recently helped me with a situaiton. he was throughly prepared to prevail based upon the facts, but was able to have the charge dismissed virtually as soon as the trial started based upon his knowledge of procedure. i believe that many attorneys would not have known to object on procedural grou...nds. if in fact the trial continued, he was ready as well.

Exceptional lawyer.

Mr. Beale assisted me with my divorce. He was very articulate and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. He always had good advice but never made me feel that I was being steered in any one direction. Very knowledgeable. I will be seeking his legal assistance... in the future.
