Expert in family law

I hired Joseph to handle my divorce. I was married for 10 years, and assumed I would lose most of my assets. Joseph walked me through the process, explained the plan of action, and we went to battle. Glad he was on my side, opposing council didn’t know what hit them. Trust me Joseph is the guy you wa...nt in your corner when dealing with family issues.

Simply the Best

Mr. Beale is by far the best attorney I've ever worked with. He is thoughtful in framing legal arguments and passionately represented me. He was always extremely prepared for hearings. I have found that many attorneys call you the day before the hearing and then improvise. Mr. Beale is just the oppos...ite. He carefully flushes out the arguments and prepares to win as his did in my case. He also didn't price gouge me and I found his fees to be reasonable considering the dedication he showed towards my family case.

Excellent Divorce Lawyer

I was referred to Mr. Beale by my insurance plan and Mr. Beale took my case. The whole process was very smooth and Mr. Beale is very professional and responsive. Mr Beale spent even weekend and nights to prepare my cases. I am highly recommended Mr. Beale's service.

Outstanding Attorney

Mr. Beale did an outstanding job at representing my case this last time around. He made plenty of time to prepare for trial until I felt confident and answered all my questions honestly. Very professional and responds in a timely manner, even on weekends. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Services

Mr. Beale is an excellent attorney. He has helped me for a year and a half with several cases in family law including divorce, child support, custody and protective orders. Mr. Beale knows the law thoroughly and represents his client very well. Paperwork gets filed in a timely fashion, he contacts ...you via text/email/phone quickly and is always available.
