Best lawyer

Mr. Beale is a very professional and thorough lawyer who has successfully won my case in DV. He knows Virginia laws very well and is very good in defending a case. I strongly recommend him.

Amazing, Exceptional, Knowlegeable, Reliable Family Lawyer

I hired Mr. Beale for child support case and I was very impressed with his exceptional service, honesty, fairness, knowledge, open communication, reponsiveness & profassionalism. The Best Lawyer

The reason why I decided to work with Mr. Beale in the first place was because of his personality. He's not like any other lawyers whom I consulted with are all very aggressive and argumentative. Instead he appeared to me that he's someone who wants to be fair and is a caring individual. I'm really g...lad that I hired him and am grateful for what he did in court for me. I was dealing with someone who is very manipulative and frightens me often. Mr. Beale was well prepared and knowledgable for the trial, and the best of all that was that he fought for me not just as my attorney but also as a fellow parent. No words can describe how much I appreciated his dedication to my case.

Lucky Charm!

When looking for a lawyer, Joseph H. Beale is the way to go. From my first meeting with Mr. Beale, I could tell he was the right choice in legal help. Not only did he work really hard to help me out of a long and stressful legal 'bind', he was also extremely reassuring and just overall a positive and... personable guy. His optimistic manor (literally) kept me sane throughout my case, and not once did I lose confidence that Mr. Beale and his team would do everything they could to get me through this.
