security clearance

I worked with both Daniel Meyer and Marc Napolitana at Tully Rinckey. If there were a way to score them higher than five stars, I would. In a decade of work at the very forefront of the US and global communications fields, I've never encountered professionals to equal them for acumen, caring, and hon...esty. They not only salvaged my dreams of a 2nd career in national security, but in the doing, so completely exceeded my expectations that I'm now unwilling to proceed down this new professional path without their support. I deeply regret that the specifics of my case and the responsibilities I'm about to assume are such that I'm unable to elaborate any further on the exceptional service Dan and Marc rendered me; I'm concerned that the dearth of detail will make the review seem overblown or otherwise unreliable. I thus truly hope that the two additional points I am at liberty to add, will drive home just how superlative these two are: 1) Dan and Marc came in four figures (!!!) under what they estimated my situation would cost to resolve. Within 24 hours of closing my case, then, Marc contacted me, completely unprompted, to begin the process of reimbursing the balance of the funds I'd tendered up front. Indeed determined to keep them on-team, though, I insisted they keep my account open. 2) I've authorized Dan and Marc to discuss my case, and even directly connect me to any clients/potential clients who they feel might benefit from learning more about my case, and who they deem to be sufficiently reliable/discrete. Put succinctly, then: I trust them blindly, with my money and my career. I hope this leaves no doubt that, if you need the finest possible council in their areas of expertise, you should as well.

Security Clearance

While seeking a medium security clearance for a new federal job, it became apparent I would have to share that I had recently failed a TS security clearance due to whistleblowing at a previous job. I was very worried that this would tank a job I really wanted. Dan Meyer at the Washington TR office wa...s a former whistleblower himself and "talked me off the ledge" so to speak. Dan was very knowledgeable about the clearance process and guided me through the paperwork and interview, and I got the clearance and the job! Thanks Dan!

Public Servant

I retained Tully Rinckey to advise me on senior federal executive matters. They assigned my matter to the Washington D.C. Office, led by Dan Meyer and Cheri Cannon. Both attorneys are old Washington hands, they knew the terrain I was navigating well, and kept me from harm. Well worth the investment...; this is a town where you are best served by expert counsel, and TR is the tops!

Dan knows the landscape

I hired Dan to file a whistleblowing complaint with U.S. Office of Special Counsel. Dan patiently led me through the research to define the actions that had been taken by my federal employer as they related to the written law. Then, he waited to submit my case after submitting several others which ...were not as strong, thus to afford maximum probability of success for mine. Prior to working with Dan, I consulted with a Mr. Herrick (sic) of Tully Rinckey. These two attorneys were the only ones who actually understood my situation, out of about six others whom I had consulted. I highly recommend Dan Meyer and Tully Rinckey.

The best attorney I could ask for

Mr. Meyer represented me for a security clearance case. The case took almost five years, but he WON it for me! He set my expectations right in terms of what to expect and what the best outcome might be. Though the odds weren't all in my favor, but with Mr. Meyer's dedication and hard work, he had the... case go through a second level review until it was adjudicated in my favor. I can't thank him enough for that. Forgot to mention that I didn't feel he was 'just' an attorney who represented me, but I felt he was a HUMAN BEING who truly cared for me. He spoke very candidly every time. He didn't charge me for every little thing, and every small email he sent. Mr. Meyer, I can't thank you enough for what you've done for me.
