Daniel Meyer is a fellow US Veteran Military Officer now "Lawyer" Who Takes Care of People

My "buddy" who was a Special Mission Unit (SMU) Forces lawyer JAG recommended Daniel Meyer and his team when heard about what I was facing at my "Agency". With all the stuff in the USG, you can all imagine what might be going one. Based on his recommendations, I reached out to Daniel Meyer.... Daniel listened closely to what I had to say. Really listened. He noted that I would likely not succeed, but I had a honorable case and offered a plan. He spoke to me as a fellow "Officer". Crazy thing is, based significant part based on their advice, I'm now back to work. I credit very much that my "Organization" knows that Daniel Meyer and his organization is behind me. Sometimes you have to bring in the heavy firepower, Daniel Meyer is apparently "heavy legal firepower". He wisely told me when not to waste his very "expensive" time on unproductive or unnecessary things. If anything, by hiring him, I saved money, as he noted to me when his time would be wasted. I followed his advice, though my emotion may have wanted "justice". This is one of those cases where paying for "high price" help, saves you lots of money and resources. Thank you Daniel Meyers. My family appreciates that I hired you.

Excellent Attorney

I maintain Dan Meyer at Tully Rinckey on call as a Defense and Intelligence Community contractor, because it just makes sense given all the security-centric issues I have to deal with on a day-to-day basis. Dan and I were chatting, and I mentioned a project I was working on, and asked whether it requ...ired pre-publication review. He thought, ‘maybe’; ‘maybe’ is a nightmare for me, so I said, “Let’s submit it”. I had visions of endless red tape, requests for information, yadda, yadda, yadda; Dan reeled off about six other client experiences, without breaching confidentiality, and said, “30 Days”. My first two publications were just approved. He definitely kept his word!

Dan knows the IG and security clearance field!

I found myself under an IG investigation and was in a true panic as I never had to deal with this before. I called Tully Rinckey and set up a consult. They suggested Dan Meyer as counsel in their Washington DC Office. Dan was completely unfazed. I mean, completely. “Ankle-biting” he called it. He ...devised a strategy based on his years as a line investigator for the Defense Department inspector general and oversighting investigations for the Intelligence Community inspector general. As the investigation stalked me, Dan stalked the investigation and stayed on the phone with me throughout my interview. He sent me info and walked me through what to include in my statement. I learned soooo much. Just got the word, the investigation is closed with no findings and that’s because Dan prepared me with everything I needed to defend my reputation and job. Don’t be bashful if you are in unfamiliar territory, TR will find you the way!

Excellent thoughtful patient advice

I am loosely considering third country citizenship after I was selected for a prestigious program in the Armed Forces. I am a dual citizen now. So to understand the process, I gave Tully Rinckey a call and paid for a consultation. They connected me to the Washington D.C. national security partner, Da...n Meyer. Dan walked me through Guideline B, Foreign Influence and Guideline C, Foreign Preference. Even better, he shared with me client successes and failures - anonymized to maintain confidentiality - so I could focus on my own needs. I am all set, and will come back to the Firm if I need additional help !

Security Clearance Concerns

I found myself facing Guideline D, E, & M security concerns, and needed to self report. Tully Rinckey’s consult process gave me an understanding of the issues, so I retained and they assigned the matter to national security partner Dan Meyer in Washington, D.C. Dan put together a strategy based on ...my individual needs, and we filed proactively with Security. This was an overwhelmingly stressful time in my life, and Dan Meyer put my concerns to rest. Even in times when I felt the worst was to come, he was there to reassure me that he believes my evidence was strong. He initially sent me a lot of documents and forms, and I'll admit it was a lot to read and alot to take in. He instructed me on what he thinks I need to do based off his experience dealing with other Guideling D, E, & M security concern cases. It's simple - follow every recommendation he gives you, because he knows what he's doing. I even retained TR again, expecting further review. My experience with Tully Rinckey was first class. I have no doubt that I came out of this whole experience a better person with my reputation intact and am forever grateful for Dan Meyer and Tully Rinckey. Go with the best, go TR!
