5 stars do not do justice to what Mr Modica can provide. My case was a out of state DUI, as I live in another state and got DUI in Delaware with one of the highest BAC level, even his honorable judge was shocked to see the BAC level. My case was really strong with very solid state evidence, and also ...had so many other factors, enough to get me behind the bars. From the time I consulted Mr Modica I kind of liked him. He did not promise something to please me or to gain my trust as other lawyer tried to do, and that is one of the main reasons I decided to hire Mr Modica. I know I have made correct decision but still had lot of anxiety. From the day when I was pulled over for DUI till my first court date I imagined myself in jail and visualized it millions of times, and was kind of sure I will not be able to avoid jail time. After reading so many reviews of lawyers, trying to pick the one that would give us the best counsel, we hired Mr. Modica. From the first phone call, Mr. Modica was calm and professional. I got into big trouble, and was unfortunately charged two felonies and one domestic violence . One of them is mandatory three year prison time if convicted.
