I have been attempting to hire Mr. Modica for almost a month now. Last time we spoke which was about a month ago he said he would email an invoice, well I'm still waiting a month later. I have called several times at his office and cellphone number and he has yet to call me back. Very unprofessional!... This is not the first incident where Mr. Modica took forever to call back. I was very eager to hire him for my husband however Mr. Modica won't call me back. If my husband's case is too difficult for him he could have had the decency to tell me over the phone so I wouldnt waste another day waiting for his response.
