This review is long over due. I was rear ended as I sat at a light on my way to work one morning. At first I was just sore (knee, shoulder, neck). As time went on I went through the process (i.e. ER, PCP, Specialists, Physical Therapy, cortisone injections). After about 8 months of injections, PT..., and seeing specialists I found out I had to have surgery on a tear in my knee; then more PT - while still receiving injections and PT for my shoulder/neck. I decided it was time to get some help. I needed an attorney who specialized in injury law that knew how to handle "limited-tort" auto insurance. I found Ostroff Injury Law. We met with the staff and my case was reviewed. Jon's staff worked on my case diligently and walked me through everything - keeping me in the loop of what was happening and what the next steps were. Ostroff Injury Law did what I expected a law firm of this caliber to do - WIN! They didn't stop until they got the maximum payment they could for me. I can't say enough about Jon and his entire staff. I hope I don't have to use them again, but if I do I know they will be there for me 100%. No one ever expects to be in an accident. Those who have known it’s the worse place to be in, you know things are going to get tough for a while. We usually like to stay local. Every attorney we talked to seen the case as too much and many doors closed on us, or didn't bother to call back, or just se...en it as too much work. We got lucky, one attorney said he will take our case but did nothing. After a few months we were ready to just give up and loose everything since I was not able to work. I looked around the internet and found Ostroff's web page. The "PA LIMITED TORT DOESN’T ALWAYS “LIMIT” YOUR RECOVERY" was what stood out. I called and never talked to such great people in my life. We instantly had everything transferred to Ostroff law because we needed someone to fight for us. We went from not hearing anything for months to people who cared and checked in constantly. Over the next few months my representation checked in on me more than my own family and friends during our worse times. The process as we know is difficult, as you go through it gets harder and harder. Ostroff made sure we felt at ease, that we were as comfortable as we could be and reassured us they stood behind us to the end. Things like this you still get upset, you want to give up, but a simple call from my case attorney honestly made my day better knowing they stood with us. They really cared, they truly made it a point to ask how I was, how was recovery, how I felt personally. This meant the world to me under these difficult circumstances. I want people to know when every door shut, every attorney was too busy Ostroff made the time for a simple small family. The more I looked into them I was impressed, after that I felt honored they had represented us. It is important for people to know there is a place you can go and be treated great with the greatest representation. Not only did things work out, but Ostroff explained they will continue to fight for us in other matters. You just feel like you’re in the best hands till the end. I hope to one day meet Mr. Ostroff, and everyone who has helped us. I want to give the best hand shake possible and the tightest hug I can give. I cannot express enough how frustrating it was that so many seen us as a waste and how great Ostroff Law was for stepping up and hitting us a home run. We have dealt with attorneys here and there throughout our lives, you don't want to but you have to. You know when you find someone that truly cares and will make bad times much better. As for the office itself, you get constant communication, fast replies, and the minute I send an email I get a reply. We have never ever had such quick service and support. I wish, as we all do, the end would be more but then you just know the best was done and you do truly feel satisfied. I can honestly go on all day about Ostroff personal Injury but I am afraid this will be too long and others won’t take the time to read it so I will end it here. I say this, if you chose anyone else your wasting your time because if you’re reading this you’re already on the right track to the best representation you can have in your life.
