Michelle represented me for a first DUI, at a cost of $1500.00 I never got a contract or an agreement or anything in writing, despite requesting something. She attended the first court date. I had questions during the six months before my second court date, but she never responded to the texts, ph...one calls, or emails. She was notified of the second court date about one month before it and I never heard from her until Sunday night before the Tuesday morning court date, despite several outreach attempts on my part. Very disappointed in her service, her lack of professional staff, her communication, her advice.

Michelle helped with an issue where my license had been suspended for years. Penndot did not receive my DL 16 and I was not given credit for 5 years from 2010 to 2015. I called at least 5 attornies before Michelle who basically said "you have no hope, sorry." Michelle gave me hope and took on the c...ase. She got me in touch with one of her colleagues who helped prepare me for the Penndot hearing to get back credit. My license was restored on 8/23/2017! It would have been until March 2021 without Michelle's assistance. My life has truly changed for the better thanks to her services!!!
