Very knowledgeable , compassionate and thorough attorney

Michelle is very knowledgeable , compassionate and thorough attorney who represented me in criminal case. From the day I talked to her, I felt that I am on right track to have good outcome, and I was not wrong. Her advice was spot on and it help me lot. She gave me her phone number and she was qu...ick to return phone calls and messages. She is very familiar with how court works and she achieved best possible outcome for me. I highly recommend Michelle A. Fioravanti.

Great attorney for a juvenile case!

We hired Michelle one year ago for a juvenile case. Our first conversation lasted about 1 1/2 hrs as she listened to every detail. We were dealing with an over zealous state trooper for our son giving the DA a false impression. After a year of battling we finally got the result we were hoping for and... deserved. She advised us every step of the way making a stressful situation alittle better for our family. We would highly recommend her for any juvenile matter. I don't typically write reviews. In fact this is about the third review I ever done. We felt Michelle was worthy of this and deserved some credit for her fight. I should also mention her fees are very reasonable for the average person and she doesn't tack on small fees along the way that most others tend to do. She also gave us her cell phone for any questions we had or updates after office hours. That's almost unheard of today.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST DUI LAWYER !!!

I am a student at Villanova University, and unfortunately I was arrested for a DUI at the beginning of last semester. I was incredibly stupid, thinking I could safely drive the short distance to my apartment. I was stopped by the police for swerving on the road and not being able to stay in my lane.... They gave me some tests at the location, arrested me, and took me to the police station for a breath test. I was embarrassed and ashamed; all I could think about was how I wasted the last 3 years of my life at Villanova because no one would hire me in the financial field with this arrest. I needed a good lawyer to help me with the situation. I researched the top lawyers for DUI, and narrowed my choices to the 3 that were the most qualified. I spoke to all 3 lawyers, and from the start Michelle was the most knowledgeable, answering all of my questions - and trust me, I had many questions! And as Villanova alumni, she was very compassionate and understood my fear of not getting a job. We discussed the circumstances of the arrest, and decided it would be best if I applied for the ARD program. She thoroughly described the program, and I was relieved to learn that if I stayed out of trouble the charges would be dismissed and Michelle could file a petition to expunge my record. I felt so much better after hearing a potential employer wouldn't find what happened. I am happy to say I am almost finished my ARD and look forward to the day the DUI is dismissed. I am happy that Michelle was there to guide and assist me. I would whole-heartedly refer her to anyone arrested for a DUI or other criminal matter. She saved my future, and I very grateful for everything she has done for me.

Excellent attorney

Ms. Fioravanti handled a DUI case for me, everything I expected and more. Was never, ever condescending, understood my feelings and answered all of my never ending questions! Returned my many phone calls in a timely manner, I never felt a was getting "Blown Off". Thanks to Ms. Fioravanti, I didn...'t spend one day apart from my family. Hopefully I'll never need an attorney again, but if I do, it will definitely be her!

Reality Failed To Live Up To The Reviews

Ms. Fioravanti was very understanding and responsive when I first contacted her regarding my case, and her price was very reasonable. She told me that a significant distinction between her and other attorneys was that she was friends with the D.A. for they worked together in the past. Everything soun...ded great, until the day of my hearing. In the weeks leading up to my hearing, Ms. Fioravanti assured me that all aspects of my case were under control. She kept reassuring me that I was "a sure candidate for entrance into the ARD program". When I was denied entrance into ARD on the day of my hearing, Ms. Fioravanti told me that I was denied due to circumstances which were recorded on the police report from my arrest. Ms. Fioravanti had ready access to these documents way before my trial. When I asked about her relation to the D.A., she told me that she is not friends with the D.A., but she does "have a friend in the D.A.'s office". This is a case of failed expectations. I don't want to go to jail, nobody does. However, I also don't have a problem owning my actions and accepting the punishment for those foolish actions. I do have a problem with Ms. Fioravanti failing to adequately prepare for my trial, and I do have a problem with being lied to from day 1 on unverifiable credentials. Overall, I'm just disappointed with this lawyer's services, and I do not recommend that you let her represent you for your DUI case.
