Excellent Experience ! Highly Recommend Him!

I hired Brian Foley to assist me with an employment situation which had gotten to be intolerable. It was a matter of age/gender discrimination that had gotten worse and I could no longer bear it. Brian Foley filed an EEOC Complaint and then managed to negotiate a settlement for me with my employer th...at I was very happy with in a short period of time. I found him to be very supportive and felt like he truly cared about me and my situation. He was always in contact with me through this whole process and was easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who might be in a similar situation. He also was more than fair with billing for his services. He is very knowledgeable in employment related issues. I could not have found a better lawyer than Brian.

workplace discrimination - multiple

I worked with Brian Foley over the course of several months and he was the consummate professional. Promptly returning phone calls, and texts when warranted- providing written comprehensive documents when and where needed - both to the workplace and to outside agencies. Reviewing and editing internal... employee-mandated documents.I would work with him again.

Absolutely the best representation and professional presentation.

As my attorney, Brian Foley did an outstanding job in representing me for an age discrimination case against my employer in which I was terminated. Always returned calls, precise documentation and diligence were performed on my behalf resulting in a settlement that I am very satisfied. A True Advocate for Faculty!

As a professor at a local college, I contacted Attorney Foley when I felt that my job was in jeopardy due to abrupt restructuring in my workplace coupled with a lack of transparency in administrative decisions. Brian’s background in higher education enabled him to quickly grasp the dynamics of my si...tuation which immediately put me at ease. Academic Background Was a Huge Plus!

Brian helped me regarding a tenure and promotion issue and was 100 percent successful! He helped me fight back aggressively to defeat a malicious, unfounded defamatory objection that would have hampered the progress of my career. He is amazing. He listened well.
