Consult for Termination Agreement

I requested a consultation with Brian to discuss a termination agreement. After he reviewed, we discussed via phone, each of the paragraphs' meaning and implication (4 pages). Brian was thorough and insightful. He ensured I understood the wording and cited various examples for clarification. Brian an...swered questions to my satisfaction. He returned my calls and texts messages promptly. Even after our consultation, he followed up with additional suggestions, which I found helpful.

Super helpful

Brian was super helpful and quick to help for my quick turnaround on a Severance Agreement. He was really informative for sections I didn't fully understand and was helpful with my questions around future plans for myself in conjunction with the agreement.

Excellent and caring lawyer for academics

I had a contract renewal/tenure dispute with the university I was employed with. AAUP referred me to Brian J. Foley, and after reading his reviews; I retained him to represent me in this dispute. Mr. Foley’s legal expertise, as well as his knowledge of academia and the workings of university organi...zations, made him a powerful and aggressive advocate on my behalf. Mr. Foley promptly responded to emails, addressing all of my questions and concerns about the process. Additionally, he is able to explain the complexities of the law and the dispute process in a clear and comprehensible way, as well as treating me like a colleague. This allowed me to feel comfortable about the process and confident in Mr. Foley’s advocacy. More importantly, because of his advocacy, the matter ended with an excellent result for me. Employment Contract

Brian did a terrific job at helping negotiate a fair agreement with my employer that took into account all specific items I wanted in it. He took the time to explain the options I had, and the best path forward. He also was quick to respond to my correspondence, and availed himself at a convenient ti...me for me.
