I am so grateful for the recommendation of Brian J. Foley Law.

In the summer of 2022 my place of employment, which is a very large government-funded corporation, was implementing policy that was discriminatory to say the least. Employment Reinstatement

Without the help of Brian J. Foley Law, I know that I would not have had the successful outcome of being reinstated to my job after a long fight with my employer. Fantastic experience

Brian helped me with a vaccine mandate at the University where I work. Although it was only a consultation, he helped me resolve the situation to my satisfaction within a day. Consultation for a Grievance

I contacted Brian with some concerns about a grievance process at my workplace. We spoke a few times over the phone and we exchanged several emails. In all our exchanges he was courteous, responsive, and professional. He helped me reason through the consequences of certain decisions and how they migh...t affect my position.
