If it was possible to give Alan 6 stars out of 5, I would! Alan was great to work with and represented us as a real estate attorney. From the moment we found him on Yelp, his response time was immediate. Overall, Alan is quick to respond, thorough, and patient. Whether it is through a call or e...mails, he’s easy to a get a hold of especially when we had questions that needed to be answered in a timely manner. He was able to walk us through the process ensuring we had everything covered along the way. We kept him looped in throughout the process with the real estate agent, so whenever we spoke with him he was already up to date on the material. During close, he walked us through each and every single page of the contract. It was so helpful to have him translate all of the legal and complicated terms into plain English!  Additionally, there was some paper work that was missing and some language that needed to be clarified in the contract that he corrected/asked for. High attention to detail and knows the process well. Again, nothing but good things to be said. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and I will absolutely go back to him for other topics. My partner and I were first time home buyers and were deceived by the previous owners of our house. The previous owners completed a master bathroom renovation a few months before selling us the house. The bathroom renovation was performed without permits from the township and did not receive any insp...ections. The sellers deceivingly indicated in the sales contract that permits were obtained and the township deferred inspection. We also we had an inspection performed prior to purchasing the home that did not detect the defects. The bathroom construction defects allowed water from the bathtub to permeate through and leak out of the kitchen ceiling below it. This left the bathroom unusable and was going to cost $8,200 to re-mediate. So I filed a suit against the previous owners in Delaware County small claims court. I contacted Alan through a friend of mine that is a realtor in Center City. My realtor friend highly recommended Alan. Alan took the case and made short work of it. Alan was extremely knowledgeable of PA law, real estate law and court procedure. He was very professional, prompt, kind and managed expectations very well. Alan was very reasonable in his fees compared to some of the other attorneys I had contacted. All of this was important to my partner and I as we have never filed a law suit or been part of any sort of legal matter. Alan won our case for us and we collected $6200. We used the awarded judgement plus some of our own funds to redo the master bath and return it to a functional state. Alan also represented us a few months later in a bogus loan claim with a former acquaintance. The plaintiff's case was without merit and never made it to trial. Alan was ready and had a legal strategy that would have easily won our case. We are very pleased with Alan and he will be our first call if another legal matter should arise. I highly recommend Alan.
