He did not review documents before reaching out to talk to us, which ultimately cost us more money while we had to re-explain the situat...ion we had already sent via email. He was helpful with contract drafting and revising, but we did not feel the support we had hoped for in this difficult and stressful scenario. We were also not given monthly invoices and were not aware of where our retainer funds stood against time billed. We were not made aware when we had exceeded our retainer and eventually received a bill that showed we had accrued double the cost.
