Testa and Pagnanelli is the best firm law firm I have ever come across. Excellent attorney. I highly recommend Mr. Pagnanelli. He is ethical, reasonable and extremely competent. I hired Mr. Pagnanelli to clean-up the mess created by my previous divorce attorney. Fantastic attorney. I have used him for custody and support. He is always well prepared, excellent in court and highly responsive when we communicate.
