Inquired about the firm for a possible case and he was very confident over the phone about representing the case. We were almost sold on obtaining the firm as legal counsel. Once at the consultation everything switched up. He was no longer confident about the outlook which was disappointing as a refe...rral and as a prospective client. Granted no outcomes are every guaranteed, but confidence is everything. No one wants to feel like they are getting counsel from someone who isn't going to represent them to the best of their ability. This experience was disappointing.
