Dealing with the impending fines and penalties as a result of a DUI can be quite harrowing. I spent a great deal of time researching the law, penalties and potential attorney that would pertain to my case. Not just for the fear of being incarcerated, but the potential of possible future implications ...the charge may cause. My case was somewhat of a "special" situation which required extra hours on behalf of Mr. Saile. Not once did any of my emails or phone calls go unanswered for more that 15 minutes. Now that's service. Surely my "holy crap, what comes next" and "I'm not interested in wearing silver bracelets, even if it's for 2 days" was wearing on Mike. Although it never showed in his correspondence with me and he always thoroughly explained the best course of action. He advocated for me in numerous letters to the DA and other individuals involved in the case. One could say that his DUI service is one of a boutique or world class organization at a price that is very reasonable (to say the least.) Another burden in a case of this nature is the sheer embarrassment. Mike and his very courteous and understanding staff made me feel much more comfortable. After all I feel that I'm a good contributor to society who made a poor judgement call (and learned my lesson.) If you've read this far, I can tell you, you have no further to look. Get over to his office, talk to Mike and put all of this uncertainty behind you.
