At the consultation Michael Saile Jr. asked a few questions about what happened the night of my DUI incident. Through this Michael discovered a flaw, a fine detail in the police work involving the procedure on giving the breathalyzer and how it was and administered to me that would prove exponent...ial in court. At court, before trial Michael met with the involved police officer and the prosecutor to discuss our issue. Both the officer and the prosecutor agreed with Michael after a bit of discussion that the breathalyzer reading could've been skewed due to the procedure not followed exactly. At trial because of Michael I received the absolute minimum DUI penalty required by law. Because Michael took the time to really listen and his understanding of the DUI laws I avoided a world of trouble. I can not say enough good things about Michael and I highly recommend him.
