I have used Mr. Parlow in 2 separate criminal cases. The first was a felony drug charge of possession with intent to deliver on multiple different types of drugs. I was facing a charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana and a seperate charge for a DUI for marijuana and he got the DUI dismissed and we got the possesion dropped to a disorderly conduct. The hearing for the DUI was fabulous, Mr. Parlow was very professional in disagreeing with the office...r and shut him down in a very professional manner explaining to the judge basically I was being charged with DUI all based on the officers opinion because I refused to give a blood test the officer had to prove the marijuana made it so i could not operate a vehicle in a safe manner and Mr. Parlow disproved this very efficiently. I got every penny I spent back that day, hiring this lawyer was one of the best decisions I have made.
