I have never committed a crime before and this could hardly be seen as a crime but I was charged with harassment over something so ridiculous in everyone else’s eyes over something the victim did but I got the blame. I was so scared it was going to ruin my future career. Mike was recommended to be b...ecause he’s a family friend and I had heard he’s the best you can get. He asked me what happened then asked me about myself. He could see I really meant no harm and was just struggling at that time. I told him I’m a student and working part time and he did not want this to get in the way of my further. After talking to the officer and the victim, we got the charges completely dropped. I've used Michael 3 times and I couldn't recommend him more because he got me literally the 3 best possible outcomes I didn't even think would be possible. The first time was in Philly and he got me the best possible outcome I could of hoped for with a little luck and his strategy he implemented from... the start. A second time was also in Philadelphia and he had different strategy that was also better than I could have hoped for due to his conviction in the strategy he wanted to use, the different judges etc. He always is sure about what he wants to do and isn’t wavering and uncertain, if an opportunity comes up he takes it and is flexible with his strategy and will change his approach if an opportunity presents itself. From the start each time once he receives all the details he knows exactly what he wants to do, he is very strategic and a great communicator for any questions you may have about different scenarios and possibilities. He is realistic and doesn't promise absurd things to just get your business and tells you what you are dealing with right now and what we can hope to do. He makes you feel comfortable, it always put my mind at ease the most I could have hoped for each time I hired him. The third time was his most impressive in Bucks County, the first 2 he showed he is skilled in pretrial and trial strategy but this time he had to actually argue. When we first met he told me where he wanted to go based on the vague and sloppy arrest sheet and how they handled everything but seeing it was something else with how truly impressive he was. I couldn’t believe how skilled he was at destroying everything the arresting officer and the DA presented to argue my case and the case was dismissed pretrial literally by his arguing skills alone which he needed to think quickly on his feet and he showed me what he is capable of and how skilled he really is. I’ve definitely used him more than I wish and know him better than most and couldn’t recommend him more. He is great with all the pretrial stuff and information gathering but also showed he is amazing at arguing your case. He knows pretty much everyone in Philly and Bucks, but especially in bucks county ( I 100% wouldn’t use anyone else in Bucks if I were you). He cares and has followed up with me and genuinely cares about you getting on the right track and will help you to get your life back on track. I can’t say he will definitely get you off for things you may or may not have done, but I will say he is one of the best attorneys that money can buy in this area. I definitely don’t want to need him again, but I would 100% use him again if I needed and wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

I used Michael Parlow in 2 felony Poss. With intent cases I was charged with in the past 8yrs. The 1st case back in 2012 I was looking at real jail time with 5yr mandatory minimums. Michael got me 6months in county with work release and I couple years probation. The 2nd more recent case I was charged... again with felony poss. With intent to deliver and manufacture. A search warrant back in July of this year recovered 8 live marijuana plants and over 5lbs of flower and concentrates. With my prior recorded being so bad and this being my 3rd felony Poss. W/intent to delivery or manufacture I knew exactly who I needed to call. From the start Michael got my bail reduced from $125k down to 10k in 24hrs and I was out on bail in a matter of days. He then was very detailed in the proceedings of what was gonna happen next and how we should proceed. He was always available to answer and questions or concerns I had throughout the process. Him and his staff are always polite and professional. And with COVID-19 his office was extremely clean and everyone followed the COVID guidelines. Michael advised me we should wave the Preliminary hearing for a deal of time severed with immediate parole. I put in a guilty plea and at sentencing it became very apparent Michael is certainly a 5 star top tier lawyer. The judge looked over the case and with my prior record score of 5 from my previous felony cases and the felony charge of 3 I had a score of 8 and with sentencing guidelines recommended 6-16 months in county jail. The judge then asked the DA why he thought 7days in jail was an appropriate sentence for this case given my prior record. I thought for sure the judge was going to deny the Guilty plea and I would have to take this to a trial. That’s when Michael Parlow did his work. He let the judge see I was a upstanding citizen in my community and I was self medicating with my own marijuana. He let it be known the officers that arrested me did not suspect I was selling it and how cannabis played a big part in my recovery from opioid addiction back in 2012. After hearing Mr. Parlow the judge agreed and accept the guilty plea and handed down a sentence of time served—23 months. I did not have to serve anymore jail time. I spent 7days in jail and I have to pay some fines and I’m on parole for 23 months. No suspended license either like in all my previous cases. I call that win! I highly recommend Michael Parlow if you find yourself in any legal troubles. You will not be disappointed. I used him twice and was 100% satisfied both times.
