I was pulled over by a state cop while i was traveling on route i95 north. The copped pulled me over saying that i was following too closely and as he approached my car he says he smells a strong odor of marijuana. He asked me to get out the car, asked me a series of questions until i told him there ...were drugs in the car. He arrested me and charged me with several charges. I was charged with possession of a controlled substance in the intent to deliver, manufacturing drugs, drug paraphernalia and so on. I never felt left out or in the dark about anything because he made sure he mailed me every piece of paperwork pertaining my case,he made sure i understood everything in the paperwork and made sure we had meetings before and after every court date just to make sure i was OK and understand what was about to happen next.
