Michael Kuldiner

I found Michael online. I had no idea what I was looking for. I was impressed with Michael's quick response to my inquiry (it was on a weekend). I also chose him because of his location which is close to my work. Michael never gave me fluff - he told me exactly how the system worked but at the same t...ime he confidently told me what and how he was going to solve my problem - which he did. Michael was always on time for court dates and always kept me in the loop of what was going on despite my lack of knowledge of the legal system. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone.

Real Estate Investor

Michael Kuldiner has handled all my real estate needs efficiently and is very fair on fees. Most importantly answers his phone almost always, and responds to emails/voicemails in a timely manner when not available on inital call.

Not able to understand the positive reviews

I am an immigrant American, not Russian. I based my decision of hiring Kuldiner solely based on Avvo reviews. I fired Kuldiner and went back to my original hired attorney, when I came to 27k in fees and still no desired results. Heavy handed, insulting (especially when I had tears, he rudely said Get... a hold of yourself, and get a therapist, it may be true that I am hard on myself, but that to me showed he is in wrong profession) is how I would describe him. I was not sure I would post what seems to be his only negative review, as he could withhold any crucial information from my still continuing divorce, but I am posting anyway. I am very tolerant woman, completely aware of what my narcissist sociopath of a husband was doing to me, and still continuing on with my business, so was tolerant of Kuldiner's fees and behavior. His paralegal's fees charge the same as his, and receipt of the OC filing/forward to me was charged. Further, he mentioned that if I didn’t have/ couldn’t find the pre-nup, the divorce would be at least 50k more, after a 4-month bill of 27k, this being my whole savings up to that point. I asked to be cc'd on every outgoing communication with the court admin or the OC, I was not cc'd but a couple of times. I felt I was one cog in his wheel, and didn’t have his ear or empathies. I am a businesswoman, and I thought I was being assertive when I said "I need to be heard, as I pay you, you work for me". That offended him, and he said he can’t go on with me, if I am rude to him. I was not rude; I am an on-time paying customer who needed attention. I don't need to spend money to hear how many properties he owns, or that he buys 3 each month. Initially he promised me he could get primary custody for me, which he later denied saying. At the last conference call hearing before I fired him, I asked to get on the call with the custody support master. After 4-5 calls, 2-3 emails asking the number where I should be dialing in, he told me that I can't dial in, he'll call me if he needs me. He finally did conference me in. I heard him with the support officer, unprepared on my finances, and the OC just bulldozing and aggressive with her total misrepresentation of my finances. So nothing happened even though I had a support payment due per his own calculations. I had enough of his blaming me, BS fees, high handedness and no results, and changed lawyers. Advise to new guys would be check your agreement for how much paralegals are paid. Ask to get very involved with your case, save all filings and communications, if you are paying $$, ask for results or realistic expectations. Because of these reviews, you are one of many, it’s not possible for him to have every client as special, or passionate about or get involved with, so do not expect him to. Finally, in Bucks County PA, how lawyers behave with OC matters to the judge. So hire someone whose personality, behavior and attitude can influence and win over the OC. Hire someone who is not just knowledgeable and gets good reviews, but uses that knowledge to FIGHT FOR YOU, keeping in mind some of the best attorneys are word of mouth. 9/30/21 edit to the 9/23/21 posted review: Judge for yourself if one of Mr.Kudliner's private responses to me cc'ing my *current divorce attorney* is appropriate. He has also called my current divorce attorney to ask me take this down. "I would ask that you have a moment of clarity and take the opportunity to remove this immediately, by end of business day today without any further discussion about this....I am looking forward to receiving an email from you that this morning that this was big mistake and you had withdrawn your post immediately". This edit is important to the review as it re-iterates how rude and high-handed this attorney's behavior has been throughout.

this is the 2nd time she posted this defamatory statement. Unfortunatley we cannot comment on these allegations as we are in the process of filing a defamtion action against this poster for writng these lies. We can comment that this individual was let go from our firm due to the numerous requests she made during the relashionship which crossed the lines on so many levels. We refused to be unethical, lie in court for her and put our reputation and ability to practice on the line, thus we decided to part ways more than 9 months ago. We havent heard from this individual in 9 months and are very surprised at her malicious defamatory attacks. The courts will decide what is truthful in the above post.

Poor Experience

I used Mr. Kuldiner for a business dispute and the whole experience was poor. Getting in touch with him was a struggle. Many phones calls took days if not over a week to ever get in touch with him or for him to return a message. I felt i always had to reexplain the case to him as if he didn't underst...and the case or forgot what the case was about.
