We used him for a general consultation though he clearly specializes in handling the full immigration process, especially for more dramatic or difficult... cases. For us he was willing to work hard and answer any questions we had without trying to sell us anything we didn't need, and if he didn't know the answer he promised to look it up and get back to us.
