I had no personal experience or exposure to divorces before having to file for my own. It can be overwhelming to say the least. Todd Zimmer was the second lawyer I had to retain for my case and if I could've given myself advice before selecting my first lawyer, it would've been to not take chance...s. Do it right the first time. Todd Zimmer always stays a step ahead in my case. He is calm, but not slow. Kind, but not passive. The opposing counsel makes attempts at pressuring me, but we always have our solid footing already in place, which is crucial if you want to reduce the worries and fears that are inevitable with unamicable divorces. My case is not yet over, but however this ends, I feel secure with all the work that has been done up to this point and it gives me confidence that however this ends, we would have done everything that could've been done. I attribute my confidence to Todd's years of experience. He is organized, thorough and prepared. He knows how it all works and factors in any legal and/or systematic changes to our approach on all matters. The differences between Todd and my first lawyer were night and day. I have already recommended Todd to others unfortunately having to go through a divorce and would absolutely continue to recommend him.
