Lack of professionalism and no accountability
Mr. Siddiqi agreed to represent me in my landlord/tenant case. Mr. Siddiqi would encourage me to not show up to hearings saying he would handle them. Once I showed up and he had passed my case to a colleague to adjourn it without my consent. He even called me later that day saying that he had made ...

POOR COMMUNICATION AND PERFORMANCE
Hired him for a holdover petition which he claimed he could "expedite" if I paid an additional fee, so I went along with this idea. Note to all future clients - express eviction service is not a possibility, I have the invoice to prove that this was offered to me but there is nothing in the legal pro...
Good Morning. I see you left your review as "anonymous." Fortunately I know exactly who this is, as almost all of our clients are satisfied with the excellent service we strive to provide them. I am saddened by your review, and welcome a further discussion. To address your reviews, Process servers charge for rush service, and we pass on the fee if our clients elect for this. This is standard practice. You cannot deny that I personally went above and beyond for you in accommodating your calls at all times of the day, night, and weekends. I assisted you with aspects of this case that I was actually not even retained for. You are upset about the warrant delay, specifically, and for this there was an explanation provide to you, one of the reasons being that the tenant filed for a motion that we responded to. Furthermore, we only submit the papers for warrants and cannot control delays. In your case the judgment was improperly entered by the court, which further exasperated the situation. A refund was even processed for the warrant because you asked me to discontinue that part of our service. As for the final judgment, the stipulation was written correctly, and all parties signed accordingly. The court did not properly enter judgment, and that was out of my hands. I offered to have it corrected but again, you had declined. Again, I am saddened and disappointed by your review, as even after I was no longer your attorney, I took your wife's calls and tried to console her about the general challenges that you were facing. I am bound by Attorney Client Privilege, so I cannot and will not go into any specifics or details of your case, other than saying that I feel this review was unwarranted, and perhaps a reflection of your frustrations with your tenant, but we certainly went far above what should be expected, and certainly further than most attorneys would in representing you. Nonetheless, my doors are always open to you an your family, and I welcome you to discuss your case and as I told your wife, I am here to assist. however you may need me. I wish you and your family Peace, happiness and health. God bless you.
