Alena is a very professional and excellent attorney for immigration issues.She gave me hope with my case and was very realistic with the timelines regarding my case. So lucky I found her

My wife's immigration case was denied due to identity theft. Negative information was entered on her record by DHS. My first attorney did not really know how to go about to resolve this. My 2nd attorney was very slow, hard to get a hold, even though he had 10+ years of experience. Out of desperat...ion I found Ms. Shautsova on Avvo. I had 3 consultations with her while I was still with my other attorney. Each time I came away with extremely valuable information that help my case progress forward. She helped me with getting my wife's record corrected in CBP. Finally, I decide to retain her as the legal representative for me. She was able to get my wife's waiver of inadmissibility approved. I cannot even begin to describe her level of knowledge. I was always able to get in touch with her whenever I needed to. She was very professional.

Excellent Service

I hired Alena in 2017 in order to obtain my permanent residency and earlier this month I finally received my green card and it is all thanks to Alena. She has been incredible throughout the entire process and has been very understanding, communicative and informative at all times. Although the proces...s seemed long, she certainly provided me with the necessary confidence and patience. I would highly recommend her services!

Professional , Knowledgeable and Experienced Lawyer

Alena is a truly professional immigration attorney. We found Alena's info on the web when my mother-in-law needed an immigration attorney to help her with the citizenship exam process. My mother-in-law is 77 year old and was uncapable of going through the process on her own.
