Pleased with experience

This office represented me with purchase of my first apartment years ago. Irene and Steve are very professional and did an excellent job. When it came time for me to move to another place they were my first choice. I am very thankful for fast and smooth closing. Steve was willing to help with all ...my questions and concerns.

A smart and kind real estate attorney

Irene Stein is a consummate professional and I had an excellent experience working with her to sell a house in New York City. I was a first-time seller with a lot of questions; Irene was a knowledgeable attorney who answered all my questions and was happy to explain every step of the process. Most im...portantly, Irene broke down every legal term in the lengthy and complicated contract so that I would understand what we were doing. She is a skilled negotiator who knew which provisions to change to my benefit. Every time a difficulty arose, Irene knew how to deal with it. Irene is smart, realistic, efficient, pleasant, and very experienced: all the qualities that you want in an attorney who is helping you buy or sell your house.

Ms. Stein made everything simple and painless when closing on my co op. She personally called me to review all the financials. She broke down all the things I needed to do prior to closing and answered all of my many emails. She was great!

I would like to say thank you to Irene Stein in regards of my purchase of coop apartment. All procedure was very clear and done on time. It was not easy for me to prepare documentation properly but all this time I had a professional advice from my lawyer. And at the end I got an excellent result!
