Condo Closing

We recently worked with our real estate attorney for our condo closing, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. Purchasing a home can be stressful, but she made everythin...g feel seamless and manageable. She carefully reviewed all documents, explained every step clearly, and always made herself available to answer our questions. Her attention to detail and dedication gave us complete confidence that our interests were being protected. Thanks to her expertise and guidance, our condo closing went smoothly and without any issues. We are extremely grateful for her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate attorney. A Great lawyer for a complicated Co-op transaction

I am very grateful to Irene Stein for helping me sell our apartment in an unusually difficult co-op transaction. The case involved many people, a complicated closing, and a lot of stressful communication, but she handled everything with skill, persistence, and professionalism. She was attentive to de...tails, calm under pressure, and always worked to move the process forward. I do not think this deal would have closed as smoothly without her help. Excellent real estate attorney!

Irene was incredible to work with! As first time home buyers there was a lot going on. Irene made it all as seamless as possible for us, and at a great value. I felt comfortable having her on our side from the beginning all the way to close as she is very transparent and on top of things. She is also... super responsive and easily accessible for any questions or issues that arise. I would recommend her for any legal services she offers, you will not be disappointed! Because of her we now own a new home and very grateful for all the work she did to get us there.
