Knowledgable and efficient RE attorney

The Stein Law Firm represented us in a purchase of a residential property. The negotiation and sale process had some unexpected complications, and the Stein team handled it professionally and expeditiously given lender-imposed time constraints. The Stein team worked closely with the mortgage lender ...to ensure that all legal requirements were satisfied and the loan was cleared in time for closing. Although we mostly communicated throughout the transaction with Irene’s team, who manage day-to-day operations, she was present at the closing. Irene was very organized and efficient that was in stark contrast to the seller’s side. She conducted herself in an utmost professional manner and clearly explained the final steps in the process. We enjoyed working with Irene and her team and would recommend her to other perspective clients.

Wonderful experience

Irene Stein represented my daughter and I 3 years ago when we purchased our Co-op. We were very satisfied with the work she and her staff provided. One of the best professionals to deal with!

Yes, Irene Stein is one of the best lawyers. I know her and her team for over 10 years. And I don't go to any other but her. What makes her so special, you might asking...? Well, first of all she is a "shark" in her field; as well as very punctual and professional lawyer with tons of experience. She ...is well known as one of the best in our community.
