Professional and organized

Irene helped us buy and sell our homes. She and her staff are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend her for real estate contracts and closings.

Worst attorney I've ever worked with

If there was an option to leave a minus start I would. 1 star is more than this so-called attorney is entitled to. First, this company uses a Gmail account for all of their people. Shame on me for not seeing the red flag right there. They decided it is ok to negotiate on my behalf AFTER the negotiati...on were completed and we had an accepted offer. Nearly killed the deal right there. They claim they understand the process of condos and co-ops in Manhattan and nothing could be further from the truth. After 10 days of negotiating the contract I came to realize that the due diligence was not even close to start. They never bothered working with the mgmt to make sure there are no red flags in the building. Furthermore, after they completed that part they reached out saying that I now can negotaite the price and broker's commission??????? I am the buyer and I don't pay the commission and the price was already agreed before this attoreny even got involved. At that point the seller got so upset that I lost my dream home. Only because of this attorney. NEVER work with her. Never!!!!!!
