I was highly recommended to hire Mr Ziff to help me with traffic tickets. I called the office and spoke with staff and received forms I had to sign. One of the forms required me to sign that I authorize Mr Ziff to plead guilty and I called back and spoke with staff who kept me waiting and kept transf...erring me from one rude girl to another and than I was told that that's a general form everyone signs but it is of course doesn't apply to my case. When I questioned the need to sign it they said that maybe I have to hire different attorney. I explained that if form doesn't apply to me that there isn't a need to sign it. They transferred me to talk to one of the attorneys and he explained to me that that's general form which everyone signs and doesn't apply to me and we finished the conversation nicely. When I called right after that to ask one of the staff girls if they received credit card authorization to start the process they transferred me to attorney again who said " you had enough double checking" and " I won't take your case and dismissed me before even starting. I find it very unprofessional .

Seems like his lawyer is out fishing or something instead of going to the courts to beat my case. I used him twice and did not hear from him or anyone in his office at all except an email both times saying I was found guilty. At least beat 1 of the 2 tickets. This lawyer is a complete joke. SAVE YOUR... MONEY DO NOT WASTE IT WITH ZIFF'S OFFICE. YOU WILL SPEND MONEY, NEVER HEAR FROM ANYONE IN HIS OFFICE AND THEN SPEND MORE MORE ONCE YOU ARE FOUND GUILTY AND YOU WILL BE BECAUSE THIS LAWYER ONLY CARES ABOUT GETTING PAID.

Hired ziff to beat 2 tickets....told me what I wanted to hear...made it sound like it was no problem just to get my money....there whole firm including the receptionists are rude and have attitudes....not one lawyer would take a minute out of his time to hear my case...they took my money and brushed ...me off...even when I tried to contact them to speak with a lawyer after I paid them they gave me the cold shoulder....very unprofessional rude and dishonest firm...I was found guilty on a ticket I have beat in the past on my own...do not waste your money or time....

MY FIRST TIME USING THIS GUY AND I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT HE SOUNDS LIKE MUCH LESS LOOKS LIKE. I knew i was in trouble after I had given him my money and that was the only time I heard from someone in his office. after they got paid i never heard back. i had to call and find out when was the case being ...heard. NEVER CALLED ME BACK FOR ANY REASON AND I CALLED DAILY. the second time I heard from his office was when they informed me I was found guilty. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS LAZY LAWYER..
