Excellent attorney.

Mr Rosenblatt represented me on a landlord tenant matter . When I first met him I was impressed with his knowledge of New York City landlord tenant law. My case was difficult but he guided me through the process and kept me informed. He advised me to settle the case rather than to take the case to... trial which would have made him more money. In hindsight I realized that he gave me excellent advice. I am grateful for his honesty and integrity.

Be careful on thouse reviews!

As a landlord I did not find them very professional and helpful. It seemed like they were working for my tenant. All they want to make a deal with my tenants (instead of going for trial)which was cost me 3 months unpaid rent plus their fees. it was very simple holdover case. I was misled by all ...this great reviews.

I find it very strange that we have over 30 excellent reviews from clients who identify themselves but the only negative review we have ever received on AVVO is anonymous. Could this be a jealous competitor? Nevertheless, some tenants simply do not have the rent or refuse to pay any rent. You can not get blood from a stone. In a case that the tenant refuses to pay the rent, the eviction will be quicker (i.e. 3 months instead of 6) but clearly the review here (if it is real) states that we did evict the tenant so the landlord was successful in winning the case but did not collect any rent. Some landlords simply do not understand that the nature of the beast in housing court is that some tenants simply do not pay rent and that is why we evicted the tenant. If this is from a real client, I am sorry that the client did understand the difficulty of landlord tenant Court in the City of New York. By the way, if the landlord would have waited for a Trial on this matter, the Court is so overloaded that it would have taken another 3 months until a Judge was available to have a Trial on this matter and then obtaining and serving a warrant of eviction and the landlord would have lost another 3 months.

I had a certain issue and was referred to Mr. Rosenblatt. He was quick, professional, and best of all, delivered real results. Rates were very reasonable as well. I did not have to worry about my case at all as it was in good hands, and indeed it was. All in all, a very positive experience, and I wou...ld highly recommend him for all landlord/tenant relates issues.

Great!

We met to discuss legal problems I was having with my landlord Robert was very helpful when it came to helping me understand my legal rights and how we should proceed I would have never gotten it settled had it not been for his persistence and expertise I'm glad I chose him.
