There's NO way I can hire this attorney
Let me tell you why I rated him 2 on a scale of 5. He rushed me. I just spoke to him 5 min ago. I wasn't even allowed to ask 2 questions. All he said was: $750 to start. $1500 later. I got to go now. He hung up. That was it. $1500 for what? Explain to me. How can I trust you if you already treated m...

A Fantastic Lawyer
I've recently hired Robert Rosenblatt to represent me in a landlord-tenant eviction case in Redhook, Brooklyn. I was the tenant and was losing my case, which was handled by a different attorney, when I decided to get a second opinion and consult (for free!) with Robert. He was knowledgeable, prof...

The Best Ever!!!!!!!!
Though I'm currently in litigation, I had to write this review. Mr Rosenblatt and his team are nothing short of God sent. He answers emails after work hours, he is very easy to talk to. I don't have to take anytime off of work to go to court,he counter sued on my behalf, along with seeking Monetary ...

Be careful on thouse reviews!
As a landlord I did not find them very professional and helpful. It seemed like they were working for my tenant. All they want to make a deal with my tenants (instead of going for trial)which was cost me 3 months unpaid rent plus their fees. it was very simple holdover case. I was misled by all ...
I find it very strange that we have over 30 excellent reviews from clients who identify themselves but the only negative review we have ever received on AVVO is anonymous. Could this be a jealous competitor? Nevertheless, some tenants simply do not have the rent or refuse to pay any rent. You can not get blood from a stone. In a case that the tenant refuses to pay the rent, the eviction will be quicker (i.e. 3 months instead of 6) but clearly the review here (if it is real) states that we did evict the tenant so the landlord was successful in winning the case but did not collect any rent. Some landlords simply do not understand that the nature of the beast in housing court is that some tenants simply do not pay rent and that is why we evicted the tenant. If this is from a real client, I am sorry that the client did understand the difficulty of landlord tenant Court in the City of New York. By the way, if the landlord would have waited for a Trial on this matter, the Court is so overloaded that it would have taken another 3 months until a Judge was available to have a Trial on this matter and then obtaining and serving a warrant of eviction and the landlord would have lost another 3 months.

The King of Brooklyn
Back in 2013, my roommate and I had been using Airbnb to share our apartment. When the landlords started sending thugs to intimidate our guests, we sought legal relief and found Balsamo-Rosenblatt to be exactly what we needed. We met with Robert who was very receptive, sympathetic, and extremely pr...
