I used Peter's services for the recent sale of my co-op in Westchester County. He was unbelievably efficient, prompt and seemed to be thinking three steps ahead the entire time - which was incredibly useful, given all the hoops you have to jump through when closing on a co-op, not to mention dealing ...with a mortgage company that has a history of losing paperwork and torpedoing deals. Just to make things interesting, I also had a baby a few days after we went into contract, and then our closing was scheduled shortly after Thanksgiving weekend.
