Excellent Services

James Monroe provided legal services to my boyfriend in a way no other lawyer could have. He kept me in the loop, returned all my calls and text messages in a timely manner and best of all, had my boyfriends charges dismissed. James kept my mind at ease and I put all my faith into him. Excellent Defense Attorney, Highly Recommend

My husband & I hired Jim Monroe to defend my husband against false criminal accusations filed by his ex-wife. Jim was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient yet strong. He took the time to learn our case from beginning to end, he explained the process as we went along, he gave us extremely ...good advice, and most important, he was honest. Best Defense Attorney

I was accused of domestic violence against my ex-wife. I called Jim right away and he immediately called the police and asked what the circumstances were. He always reassured me and kept me calm. When it was time for court, Jim was extremely professional and knowledgeable. In the end, all charges wer...e dropped and I was so confident that I would come out on top against these false allegations because Jim was my lawyer. I highly recommend Dupee & Monroe for anyone who has legal trouble. Jim is an honest man and a great lawyer.

Wonderful Lawyer

In a time where I had no where else to turn regarding my case, Mr Monroe gave me the most assurance and made me feel at ease. He has a wonderful sense of humor and made me feel comfortable. This was my first time ever needing a lawyer and I had no clue what I was doing. The first time I met with Mr. ...Monroe he made it very clear what he was going to do for me and he wasted no time. He quickly got to work and before I knew it my case was dropped by the district attorney in Goshen. Mr Monroe was extremely helpful and was always available if I had a question and told me to call him whenever I felt stressed or down as he would always be a phone call away. Mr. Monroe and I are continuing to work together on a civil case against my employer and I look forward to working with him again!
