Mr. James Edward Monroe Is one of the best and honest Attorneys at Law I have to represent me on my first DWI. As a CDL driver that is my life and my career. Mr. J. Monroe went above and beyond to help me His dedication to fulfilling his client's needs is paramount to achieving a positive outcome fo...r his clients. He was very knowledgeable, and he was incredibly patient and responsive to my initial questions, calls. He proactively followed up with each rescheduled hearing (and there were several), kept me informed every single step of the process, and most importantly Mr. Monroe gave me his word, and EVERYTHING he promised me happened, he won my case. Highly effective lawyer and worth every dollar

I called many lawyers to handle my case but once I called Jim I knew he was the right person for the job. He explained to me in detail how he thought the case was going to go and it went exactly how he said. He picked up every phone call and explained every detail to me making me feel comfortable a...nd confident that I picked the right person to handle my case. Jim is extremely responsive and fights hard to get the job done in your favor. Highly recommended and worth every dollar.

Amazing Attorney

I was arrested on September 1, 2019 and was facing felony charges. I immediately called James Monroe and from the initial contact he immediately put my mind to ease. James is the best and I recommend him to anyone who is facing any type of charges. He really is on your side and has a great calm...ing affect. I have never been in trouble with the law and I wanted someone who was familiar with the area I was arrested in, knew criminal law and was going to do the best job he can. James walked me through the whole process of what I would expect during my time in front of the judge and after two visits in court he was able to get my charges dismissed. DISMISSED!!! I couldnt thank him enough. If I would have been convicted with a felony or even a misdemeanor, my career would have been over. James saved my life! If you need a lawyer call James. You wont be dissapointed.

SImply the Best!

He won our case and has significantly impacted our lives through his hard work. Our son's case was extremely complex and multifaceted; Atty Monroe exceeded all of our expectations in terms of professionalism, responsiveness, and his ability to get to the point. Luckily I don't have need for a lawyer ...very often myself; but if I did I would undoubtedly use Atty Monroe.

Mr. James Monroe is a great lawyer!

Mr. James Monroe is a real professional and very down to earth as well. He is very honest, a great listener, and speaker. Everytime I reached out to him, he always gave me his time of day. No issues. No matter if it's through call or text, he would give me his time and always told me to reach out to ...him if I am stressed, have sleepless nights, or just have any questions. He was able to take my criminal charges and drop it from a felony down to a misdemeanor. I was facing jail time for weapon charges, but he did everything in his power to win this case and he succeeded. It took awhile, but he did it and that's all that counts. Walked out with a misdemeanor and a fine. It was a tough and scary journey, but he got me through it and I am truly blessed. Whenever you consider a lawyer, you pay for what you get and Mr. Monroe was worth every penny. I would recommend him to anybody. He knows his stuff. He is very knowledgable. And if he doesn't know, he will do all he can to find out. Thanks a lot!
