Bad Experience
Bad experience period. Agressive on the phone, impatient and pushie. Kept saying how good she is and didn't answer questions and concerns in quiet and constructive way. Rather then making me feel comfortable and welcome she tried to scare and intimidate and painted a bleak picture of my situation. No...
I am so sorry that you feel the way you do. For me, my Number 1 Goal is Excellence. There is nothing more rewarding to me than making people happy—making their lives better-allowing them to sleep at night-being able to help them get a fresh start. I ask a number of questions to ascertain first whether it makes sense for the person to file bankruptcy and if so, whether that person should file a chapter 7, 13 or 11. It is not great for a client if a case is misfiled (filed under the wrong chapter.) Each case is subject to review by a trustee, the United States Trustee, the Court and creditors. The proper filing of the case is dependent upon a number of facts, including the person’s salary (including any expected increases of salary or bonuses), his or her monthly expenses, the amount of same and assets. Sometimes it happens that a potential client will contact me expecting to file for chapter 7. But such determination is based on my review of the facts. If you want to further discuss your case, I would be more than happy for you to call me. I wish you the best of luck in the future.
