I cannot recommend Barbie enough! She was very thorough in questioning us at the start of our process to make sure we filed for the best option possible. When choosing a chapter 13 attorney you have to keep in mind that you will be in relationship and in contact for 3 to 5 years as this is the typical length of a chapter 13 plan.
