Very disappointing conversation
Mr Sack had no interest in my case. He just talked about himself the entire (very short) conversation. Comes off as very arrogant but not very smart - seems like a lot of big talk and little action. Had to reschedule repeatedly too!
I have a paramount interest in all calls to my office. I consider each inquiry as it is my first, last and only call. This caller had no case. I declined to pursue this person's matter. Nonetheless, I offered guidance and suggestions. During an initial, no cost consultation, I always make point to introduce myself and describe my background and experience. If one cares to follow-up, I am always willing to listen to new facts and circumstances which may change my initial opinion.

Doesn't deliver
Sack is a big talker but ultimately doesn't deliver. He took a case on contingency then let it languish for over a year with no progress. When I pushed to move it forward he demanded a retainer as a condition completely disregarding the original agreement. Though his website states he handles matters...
