My lawyer was effective and highly efficient throughout the process. One of my biggest fears was having to regularly see the abuser and even a more hostile environment while the case was handled. Prior to Mr Sack’s involvement, individual regularly aggressively screamed at me and intimidated me (6’...4 tall man banging books on the desk while aggressively screaming at me, 5’2 woman, because I enquired about internal opportunities), constant sexist comments on my voice, clothes and personal life, “jokes” about using “mothers room” after returning from maternity leave in front of everyone (toxic trading floor) or email. However, as soon as Mr Sack got involved, the harassment and intimidations almost immediately stopped (that alone was such a relief). Work accommodations were quickly made; I didn’t have to see or hear the individual, except via email and only work-related requests. When it came time to leave, the process was seamless—I left without any awkwardness, confrontation or regret. Most importantly, the matter was resolved with fair compensation. I’m deeply grateful for my lawyer’s professionalism, guidance, and support during such a challenging and hostile situation.

Jonathan is truly one of the best. When I reached out to him for advice not only did he take the call quickly, but he did also so in a way that was thoughtful and comprehensive. He helped my partner and me think through the specifics of the situation and laid out what he believed to be the best pat...h forward. I asked Jonathan to review my employment agreement. I sent it to him on a Sunday, and he gave an answer in 30 minutes.
