I was trying to change my license from NY to NJ but discovered at the DMV I had an outstanding violation in South Carolina. The issue needed to be resolved before I could get my new license. To save me any additional aggravations, he had his contact be on call when I returned to the DMV so that any issues could be sorted then and there without me having to return. Everything worked out perfectly and I now have my new license in hand. Martin handled my situation with such care and competence and I am very grateful for his services.
