Jeff was able to prove that the officer did not correctly perform the sobriety tests and that I even passed one of them as per NHTSA regulations. After 3 hours of trial the judge came back with a verdict. Not guilty for DWI and DWAI, both charges were dropped! I can't thank Jeff and Alex enough for what they did for me.
