I was very surprised by the amount of dedication and care Rachel has put into my case. I've been working with many attorneys in the past and I've never seen attorney who would get to know my case better that myself.. Rachel done all the necessary research and record retrieval on my behalf and sug...gested very honest answers, and she always choose the most economical path where possible. I was always informed about my case progress, pros and cons. Demonstrated outstanding knowledge of the law, and she even intuitively predicted exact questions I will be asked during my interview with INS considering my situation.

More than 12 years of struggle with my immigration case I found Rachel Einbund in late November, 2011. After reviewing my very large file created by previous attorneys she found numerous errors and within a week she laid out a plan to overcome these errors. I terminated my previous lawyer and the nex...t morning I was arrested by immigration authorities. My partner immediately called Rachel at 7 AM! Low and behold she answered her phone, spoke with one of the 4 agents and was able to convince them to hold off on the arrest. How many lawyers would answer their cell phone at 7 AM?
