Undoubtedly Rachel Einbund is an excellent professional and did an amazing job with my case. I did apply for an EB1 visa and Rachel helped me to address my case to the way it could be approved. Unfortunately after the first Request for Evidences (RFE) my case was denied but Rachel and I made sure the...re was a big mistake and we firmly believed that the decision was unfair. For that reason, we decided to appeal the decision and asked for a reopen and reconsideration. During the appealing process, Rachel did an amazing job by defending my case and by arguing the reasons why we thought there was a mistake in the decision from USCIS. Rachel and her office were incredible at helping me go through quite a tough process and make it clear, and easy to follow.
