To begin with, I am so thankful to this amazing lawyer. Rachel is such an amazing person. She is very efficient, helpful and so forth. Her knowledge is extensive. This lawyer really knows what she is talking about. I can say that being an immigration lawyer is her passion. More than 12 years of struggle with my immigration case I found Rachel Einbund in late November, 2011. After reviewing my very large file created by previous attorneys she found numerous errors and within a week she laid out a plan to overcome these errors. I terminated my previous lawyer and the nex...t morning I was arrested by immigration authorities. My partner immediately called Rachel at 7 AM! Low and behold she answered her phone, spoke with one of the 4 agents and was able to convince them to hold off on the arrest. How many lawyers would answer their cell phone at 7 AM? Rachel filed numerous motions pointing out many errors that my previous lawyers made and errors made by the initial judge. I had never had a work permit.
