This w...as my SECOND TIME visiting her office regarding my immigration status. On my first visit (approximately 2 years ago), she helped me get my DACA case to be approved. During this second visit, she helped me with the renewal process because DACA expires every two years. I would say that the she was extremely helpful in making the process move smoothly. Her service fees were extremely reasonable and she was there whenever I needed help. My emails (I preferred using emails) were always answered IMMEDIATELY whenever I had any questions or concerns and I was always made aware of what the next step was in the process and what to expect. After experiencing an unsuccessful outcome with another lawyer, Rachel made my husband and I feel confident in what we could expect from the immigration interview in order to have a successful outcome. To say I was nervous about my husband's interview going well is an understatement after all we wen...t through. Rachel was there for us the whole way through. She made herself available in person, by text, by phone and at any time. From our first meeting she made me feel that everything would turn out all right and it did. Everything went smoothly and she was on top of everything that was needed from us in preparation for the interview.
