Matthew Jay Weiss had given me outstanding advice over the phone as I am in Upstate NY and he is in Downstate NY. I followed his advice and what could have ended up as a disaster ended up being a $80 fine compared to 3 months in jail. Although he did not directly defend my case he offered up advice ...that was worth a billion dollars to me seeing I have children and that would have been horrible for both them and I if I went to jail for any length of time.
